Solid stay!

helpful staff good food service tidy room

I found the staff very helpful. The food service was good, I enjoyed the buffet every meal. The rooms are cleaned regularly by house keeping. It was nice to return to a tidy room after a day out.

the location suited me well. easy access from the main road was very helpful. the front desk clerk was cute. breakfast was nice too. our room was clean and fresh. i was completely impressed with the high professionalism and friendly customer service.

the water slides are only open an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon, it is a little inconvenient.

The room provided two comfortable beds. a work desk, and a cozy balcony. The layout was well-organized. there were clean towels ready in the bathroom and also beach towels in the room. it was helpful.

Two pools are available. One is for relaxation and one includes activities. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle to beaches with greate service. the reception helped us with every request. It took only 15 minutes. the reception staff are very friendly.
